Spicy  Capsicums Rice

Ingredients
Green capsicums,chopped2 medium
Basmati rice,cooked3 cups
Oil2 tablespoons
Garlic,chopped1 tablespoon
Dried red chillies,broken2
Red chilli powder2 teaspoons
Garam masala powder2 teaspoons
Pav bhaji masala2 teaspoons
Saltto taste
Method
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till light brown. Add dried red chillies and sauté for a minute.

Add green capsicums, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and pav bhaji masala. Mix well and sauté for two minutes. Add rice and salt and toss to mix. Cook for another minute. Serve hot.
