Ingredients
• | Green capsicums,chopped | 2 medium |
• | Basmati rice,cooked | 3 cups |
• | Oil | 2 tablespoons |
• | Garlic,chopped | 1 tablespoon |
• | Dried red chillies,broken | 2 |
• | Red chilli powder | 2 teaspoons |
• | Garam masala powder | 2 teaspoons |
• | Pav bhaji masala | 2 teaspoons |
• | Salt | to taste |
Method
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till light brown. Add dried red chillies and sauté for a minute.
Add green capsicums, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and pav bhaji masala. Mix well and sauté for two minutes. Add rice and salt and toss to mix. Cook for another minute. Serve hot.
