Cocoa Pebbles Krispies


Ingredients
    For the Krispies portion:
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 400 gram bag of marshmallows
  • 1 box (11z/311g) of Cocoa Pebbles cereal
  • For the Topping portion:
  • 1 cup of nutella
  • 1 cup of milk chocolate, chopped up
  • 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
    For the Krispie portion:
  • In a LARGE microwaveable bowl, combine butter and marshmallows and cook for about 3 minutes. Check it every 60 seconds or so. Every microwave is a bit different.
  • Remove and stir until smooth.
  • Pour in cereal.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Pour into a well-greased or parchment lined pan.
  • Smooth out with a spoon. Good tip here is to spray you spoon with non stick spray. That way you can smooth the krispies without it sticking the spoon. It’s a cool trick I use all the time.
  • Set aside.
  • For the Topping portion:
  • Combine all the ingredients in a glass microwavable bowl.
  • Pop it in the microwave and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes, checking it every 15 to 30 seconds.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Pour over top of the krispies.
  • Let cool a tiny bit.
  • Then toss some cute little sprinkles over top.
  • Serve with a big old “this is how we eat cereal” smile!
