Stir Fried Beef And Chili Rice



Recipe Ingredients

Undercut beef: 1/2 kg
Salt: to taste
Sugar: 1 tsp
Sesame oil: 1 tsp
Corn flour: 1 tbsp
Soya sauce: 2 tbsp
White vinegar: 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste:  1/2 tbsp
Oil:  as required
For chili rice:
Rice: 1 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves: 2
Green chilies chopped: 8
Chili sauce: 1 tsp
Sugar: 1 tsp
Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
White vinegar: 1 tbsp
White flour with Chicken cube: 1 tbsp
Oil: 3 tbsp
Salt: to taste

Recipe Method

Hammer the 1/2 kg undercut beef and add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste, 1 tbsp corn flour and ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste to mix and leave it for 1/2 an hour. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and stir fry the beef. When water dries dish it out. For chili rice, wash 1 1/2 cup rice and boil it with salt and boil till it half done. While boiling add 1 tbsp vinegar in rice and simmer it for 5 minutes. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok and add 2 chopped garlic to fry will it turn brown. Then add 1 tbsp white flour with chicken cube, vinegar, 1 tsp sugar and 8 chopped green chilies to stir fry.
Now add rice with 1 tsp chili sauce and cook for fry 5 minutes  and add 1 tsp sesame oil and serve with beef.
