CHICKEN STUFFED ROLLS with cocktail dip.


- Chicken breast fillet 1 
cut into 2 ,flatten n even
- chopped garlic 1 tsp
- red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
- black pepper 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- bolied peas (mashed) 1/4 cup
- boiled any pasta 2 tbsp
- chopped carrot 2 tbsp
-grated cheddar cheese 1/4 cup
- salt n black pepper 1/2 tsp
- oregano flakes 1 tsp
- egg + flour + bread crumbs for breading .


Method !


Cut breast from center,then flatten it with hammer,then merinate these 2 flatten pieces with ,garlic,salt,peppers,rub both sides,leave it for 30 mints,
mean while,mix boiled peas,cheese,pasta,carrots,salt ,pepper,oregano for stuffing,
put this stuffing rectangly over chicken,n roll it,
then heat oil for deep frying,
coat this stuffed roll in flour,egg n crumbs,n fry them on low heat for complete cooking .
To make dip
mix mayyo 1/2 cup,ketchup 1/2 cup ,coriander 1 tsp ,black pepper1/4 tsp,n serve with rolls .
