1 can evaporated milk, chilled
1 can condensed milk
300 ml jar fresh thickened cream
1 box or 2 cups oreo cookies, crushed ( i used 2 types of oreo, 1 vanilla and 1 chocolate flavoured )
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Directions:
Beat evaporated milk with electric beater so that it becomes double. Add vanilla extract.. beat. Now add condensed milk beat it with fresh cream and then add crushed oreo cookies.
Then put that mixture into airtight ice cream container and let it be set for whole night, approximately 12 hours before serve.
