Lachay Dar Doodh Paratha
Recipe Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 250 gm
- White Flour 250 gm
- Milk 1 cup
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Clarified Butter to fry
- Salt to taste
Recipe Method
- Add in 2-3 tbsp butter and salt in 250 gm of white flour and 250 gm wheat flour.
- Knit the flour with 1 cup of milk to make dough.
- Roll the dough to make paratha and fry it in the clarified butter.
- Serve them hot.
