Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 box chex cereal (corn or rice)
- 1 (12-ounce) package milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 (6-ounce) package butterscotch chips
Instructions
- 1. Heat sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter in a sauce pan. Heat over medium-high heat until sugar is completely melted and all ingredients are well combined, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Pour chex cereal into a large bowl and pour peanut butter mixture over it. Stir until fully coated and spread on a baking sheet. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt milk chocolate chips and drizzle over chex mixture. In another microwave-safe bowl, melt butterscotch chips and drizzle over the top as well. Place in the fridge until chocolate and butterscotch is hardened, about 15 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.
