Fried Chops


Ingredients:

1kg chops (lamb or goat)
2tbsp ginger paste
2tbsp garlic paste
salt to taste
1 1/2tsp red chilli powder
1 egg
salt totaste
1/2tsp black pepper powder
oil for frying

Directions:

Cook chops with ginger garlic paste, salt , redchilli powder & 1/2 cup water on low heat. Cook till chops are tender. Dry out gravy if left.
Beat egg with fork, add salt & black pepper to it. Coat chops in egg mixture & fry in oil, till golden.
