White Potatoes With Fried Egg
Ingredients:
4-5 large sized potatoes
1 tbsp green chili paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp cumin seed
salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper powder
Coriander leave for garnishing
3-4 tbsp cooking oil
Directions:
In a pan heat oil, add chili & ginger paste and fry for 2-3 minutes, and add cumin seed.
Now add sliced potatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
Add salt to your taste and mix for a minute.
Cover it for more 5 minutes and add black pepper powder & again put on steam until potatoes done soft.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with fried egg n toasted bread slices.
