Afghani Chicken Boti...

Ingredients:
chicken boneless 400 gms. (cut into 2 inch size cubes)
onion paste 2 tbsp
ginger paste 1 tsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
black pepper powder 3/4 tsp (less or more)
green chilli paste 1 tsp (less or more)
chilli flakes 3/4 tsp (less or more)
lemon juice 2 tsp
salt to taste
cooking oil as required 
Method:


 In a bowl put all the ingredients except oil,mix well and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
place chicken cubes on pre wet wooden skewers and keep aside.
Grease the grill pan with some cooking oil, put the skewers on it and cook on medium heat, keep turning the sides till the chicken is done and golden brown in colour.
serve hot with green chutney onion rings, afghani rice, paratha or any thing you like!
