KOfta Biryani :

Ingredients: 
rice 500 gms boiled with 2 tbsp of salt
oil 1/4 cup, whole garam masala 1 tbsp
bay leaves 2-3, black cumin 1 tsp
For kofta: Minced meat 1/2 k.g,raw onion 1/2
green chillies 2-3 green coriander 1/4 bunch
grinded grams 1 tbsp , poppy seeds powder 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp, chilli powder 1 tsp, all spice powder 1 tsp
yoghurt 1 tbsp,bread slice 1/2, ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
For curry: oil 3/4 cup,yoghurt 1 cup ,tomatoes 2 cut into small pieces
garam masala powder 1 tsp, green chillies 3-4,mint leaves a few
green coriander1/4 bunch, dried plums 4, nutmeg 1/2 tsp grinded
kewra water 1 tsp ,food color 1/4 tsp, green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1 tbsp, chilli powder 1 tsp,salt to taste, turmeric powder 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, fried brown onion 1/2 cup

Method:
(for kofta) in a chopper add minced meat,green chillies ,green coriander poopy seeds ,gramflour(roasted) all spice powder , bread,raw onion, ginger garlic paste and yoghurt ,grind well.
now make in a shape of meatballs and keep aside.
CURRY: in a pan heat oil add whole garam masala ,tomatoes, chilli powder coriander powder, haldi,ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,fried onion,salt ,fry well.
add little water and meatballs cook on low flame till the meat balls are done and gravy is thick,
in a bowl add yoghurt kewra water food color,green cardamom powder,nutmeg powder,mix well and prepare a mixture.
boil rice with salt, bay leaves,whole garam masala and black cumin seeds till half done.
in a pot assemble a layer of boiled rice,now a layer of meatballs with gravy,all chopped greens, dried plums, yoghurt mixture.
then remaining rice again meatballs curry top with 1/2 cup of ghee ,cover with lid, simmer for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.serve with hard boiled eggs, raita and salad.
