Qeema Aloo...

Ingredients:
Qeema/minced meat 500 gms.
Aloo/potatoes 1 cup (cut in cubes)
tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
bay leaves 1-2
cloves 2
cumin seeds 3/4 tsp
black pepper (whole) 4-5
sliced onion 1 small
onion paste 1/4 cup
garlic paste 2 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp (less or more)
turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
coriander powder 2 tsp
kasoori methi 1 tsp
Freshly ground garam masala powder 1 tsp
fresh coriander/dhania chopped 1/4 bunch
green chillies chopped for garnishing
ginger cut in julienne cut for garnishing
oil 2 tbsp
salt to taste

Method : Heat oil put bay leaves, cloves, black pepper, sliced onion, cumin seeds, saute till golden brown add washed and drained qeema, fry on medium heat till the water is dried.

add garlic paste,onion paste ,turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder,stir sprinkle some water and cook n stir for 4-5 minutes add chopped tomatoes n cook until oil starts floating on top, add potatoes, some water to cook, salt cook on medium heat till the potatoes are almost done, add crushed kasoori methi simmer for another 1-2 minutes, turn off the heat , add garam masala powder,chopped dhania, serve hot with chopped green chilllies n ginger garnishing.
