INGREDIENTS :
Chicken Breasts ½ kg
Refined Flour 3tbsp
Corn flour 3tbsp
Egg 1
Black Pepper (crushed) ½ tsb
White Pepper Powder ¼ tsp
Red chilies (crushed) 1 tbsp
Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander ¼ bunch
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Onions and Tomatoes for decoration
METHOD :
1. Pound chicken breasts with a mallet.
2. Mix all ingredients except cornflakes and apply on chicken breasts.
3. Crush cornflakes with fingers; put in a plastic bag.
4. Place one chicken breast in the bag; pound again with mallet.
5. Repeat process with the remaining breasts; cut them into thin strips.
6. Heat Oil in a work; fry chicken strips golden; remove on absorbent paper.
7. Decorate dish with onions and tomatoes; place chicken to top; serve.
