Beef Kadhai...

Ingredients:

1 kg beef cubes, 3 tomatoes chopped, 2 onions sliced, 4 green chillies, 1/2 cup oil, 1 teaspoon salt, ginger, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon corriander, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, mint and corriander leaves.


Method:


Boil beef with salt and garlic paste till well done. In another pan fry onions till light golden then add tomatoes and chillies and sautè till oil separates. Now add beef, black pepper, cumin and corriander powder and 1/2 cup water and cook till water evaporates. Now sautè well till oil separates and garnish with mint and corriander leaves.
