Ando/Eggs Ka Halwa...

Ingredients:

eggs 6
milk 3/4 cup (full cream)
khoya 3/4 cup or milk powder 1 cup
sugar 3/4 cup or more
suji/semolina 2 tbsp (roasted)
green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
desi ghee 3-4 tbsp
raisins 1/4 cup
mixed chopped nuts 1/2 cup
grated coconut 1/2 cup 

Method:
 In a bowl put sugar, suji, eggs, milk, green cadamom powder, milk powder (if not using khoya), beat with fork and keep aside.
in a heavy bottomed kadhai (do not use non stick for this recipe) heat 2 tbsp desi ghee,pour the eggs batter, cook om medium low heat, keep stirring(it takes 25-35 minutes) add remaining ghee in between while stirring,add khoya,chopped dry fruits, cook until it is grainy and golden brown in color.
set in a greased dish, sprinkle some chopped dry fruits press with wooden spoon let it cool on room temp. and cut into squares. (you can serve it as it is as halwa....no need to set and cut it in a dish)
