Fool Proof Microwave Chocolate Eggless Cake.


Ingredients:

1 cup of plain flour
¾ tspn of baking powder
¾ tspn of soda bicarbonate
3 level tablespoons of cocoa powder
100 gms of soft butter
2 tbspns of powdered sugar
1 tspn of vanilla essence
1/2 tin of sweetened condensed milk
And 1 cup of water 

Method:

Mix everything together and pour in a glass bowl
Could be square could be round approx 9x9 inches
Bake on high , 100 percent power for exactly 6 minutes . Results the softest cake ever !!!
let it cool completely serve with some hot chocolate ganache or chocolate sauce...
