CHICKEN 'n' CHEESEY PASTA


 BALLS... 


Ingredients:



- chicken mince 1/2 kg
- bread slices 5 ,remove corners
- egg beaten 1
- black pepper pwder 2 tsp
- red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
- salt 1 tsp heaped or as your taste
- coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- boiled pasta( spegehtti ) or any shape 1/2 cup
- cheeder cheese grated 1 cup or as required
- 2 eggs for coating
- bread crumbs for coating
- oil for deep frying 

METHOD :

take chopper nd
put chicken mince, bread slaices ,egg , spices , coriander , in it n choperise them.when all becomes combine stop chopper.
Then put this mixture in bowl add boiled pasta/speghetti in it .mix with hands.then check the spices,if u think its contain less salt n pepper add more.then take litle mixture on your palm press down from center,make a hole , put grated cheese in it ,and then cover from all sides.cheese hide in the mixture.then coat these balls in beaten egg coat in crumbs n deep fry on medium heat n serve wid any dip.. Enjoy:)
