Chicken Alfredo pasta.


Ingredients:




Pasta- 454 gms or 1 lbs
1 kg Boneless chicken (cut into very small pieces)
Parmesan cheese (grated)
Alfredo sauce 
1 medium Onion 
3 garlic cloves
7-8 sliced mushrooms
Ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Parsley (chopped)



Method:


- Boil the pasta in some water and 1 tbsp of oil. Drain the water and set aside.
-Heat some olive oil in a wok.
-Add the chopped garlic and onion and saute them until they turn light brown
-Add the chicken and mix it well and cover until the chicken is cooked through.
-Once it is cooked, turn the flame to high and dry out the remaining water.
-Add the salt and crushed black pepper
-Add the chopped parsley, mushroom and boiled pasta. Mix it well, turn off the flame and set aside.
Sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese over it and serve.
