PANCH RATAN SABZI...


Ingredients



kidney beans (rajma) boiled 1/2 cup
cauliflower florets 200 gms.
potatoes (cut in cubes) 200 cubes
carrots (cut in cubes) 150 gms.
green peas (matar) 1/2 cup
tomatoes 200 gms. (finely chopped)
onion paste 2-3 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
fresh cream 3-4 tbsp (whipped)
red chilli powder 1 tsp (less or more)
turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
salt to taste
oil as required
cumin seeds 1 tsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
fresh coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
green chillies chopped 1-2
ginger chopped 1 tbsp



Method: 



heat some oil in a wok , fry cauliflower florets, potatoes cubes till light golden in color, keep aside.
put carrots cubes , green peas in boiling water till half done, strain in a colander and keep aside.
heat 2 tbsp of oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, crackle, add chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste, fry for a minute, add onion paste, turmeric powder , fry till oil separates, add chilli powder, finely chopped tomatoes, cook on high heat till the tomatoes are fully dissolved.
add salt, garam masala powder, fried potatoes, fried cauliflower florets, boiled green peas, boiled carrots cubes, add some water n cook on medium low heat for 5 minutes, add boiled rajma, crushed kasoori methi n simmer on low heat till all the veggies are done ( vegetables should not be break )
add whipped fresh cream, cook on a very low heat for another 1-2 minutes, garnish with chopped fresh coriander, ginger, chopped green chillies n some more fresh cream, enjoy with chapati!!!!!!
