Carrot Halwa or Gajar Ka Halwa...



Ingredients:-
Carrot 1 Kg
Full cream Milk 2 Kg
Sugar 2 cups (or as u like ) 
khoya 250 grams
purified ghee (i used desi ghee plz dont make it in oil) 200 grams 
almonds 3 tbsp 
pistachio 3 tbsp 
cashew 2 tbsp
cardamoms 4 to 5 
eggs 3 boiled 

Method of Preparation:
Wash, peel and grate the carrots. Put the grated carrots and milk in a pan and cook them on medium high speed until the milk absorbed and dont forget to stir the spoon time by time..when all the milk absorbed add sugar and cook it until the carrots totally dried... at other side take a wok heat the ghee on medium low heat and add cardamoms fry for few seconds and add khoya and cook it until smells come out ...after that add carrots and half of nuts now and stir continuously till the ghee separates from the mixture.. Finally garnish with other half nuts and boiled eggs(cut them in roughly small pieces)..And ur Carrot Halwa or Gajjar ka Halwa is ready.
