Lemon Rice...

Ingredients :


1 bowl rice (left over or freshly cooked) 
6-7 curry leaves
few rai or sarso seeds
2-3 green chilies
few cashew nuts (broken)
few cumin seeds
hing
salt
turmeric 
1 lemon


Method :


heat some oil in a pan now add rai/mustard seeds and let it to crackle otherwise it will give bitter taste and now add cumin seeds hing vertically sliced green chilies (spices can be adjust according to the taste) and curry leaves now add broken cashew nuts now add salt and turmeric and after that add rice mix them well cook for few mins and afterwords add lemon juice in an off flame than mix it well and serve hot it's a instant and very tasty recipe
